Friday Games: F*** This Jam

I’m not going to bleep out the profanity in the rest of this post, you have been warned.

This Friday at 4pm EST, we will be playing games from Fuck This Jam, a game jam from a couple of weeks ago. Game developers were encouraged to make a game in a genre they hated, on the premise that “through utter ignorance for conventions and hate for the established rules of a genre, beautiful things will happen.”

The video promoting the game jam discusses the topic in much greater detail (and practiced disdain). We’ve downloaded a few recommendations from Rock, Paper, Shotgun, but we’ll also take recommendations from the room and the livestream chat. See you on Friday!
